We hope you are all well in the New Year. 
 
We are grateful to our hosts and to the record number of delegates who attended our 45th North Sea Operators' Conference in Glasgow in October 2023.

We are now excited about our 46th North Sea Operators' Claims Conference which will take place in Amsterdam 7 -9 October 2024 with an option to arrive at the conference hotel on 6 October.  Please reserve the dates in you diary.

We are very grateful for the good attendance and feedback at the 44th NSOCC, hosted by Color Line onboard their beautiful "Color Magic" from Oslo to Kiel and back. 
 
We are now excited to plan our 45th NSOCC which will take place in Glasgow, Scotland hosted by Horwich Farrelly Scotland and Brookes Bell.

It is with regret and sadness that the board of north sea operators' Claims Conference has decided to postpone for a second year its annual session in order not to compromise the safety of our delegates, contributors and host.

Rune Dybedal, who has worked as an attorney and senior claims executive at North P&I Club for 19 years, has an additional role to play.

North P&I Club’s Rune Dybedal has been appointed Chairman of the North Sea Operators’ Claims Conference (NSOCC).

Dybedal will use his Chairmanship to continue to develop the NSOCC as a platform to help drive beneficial changes in operational working practices and to build greater trust between owners, charterers, and other stakeholders in the operation and claims process.

We enjoyed a very interesting 42nd North Sea Operators conference hosted by Finnlines Plc and sponsored by Castrén & Snellman Attorneys Ltd in Helsinki in October 2018.  We are most grateful to our host and sponsor for creating a successful conference.

It has taken rather longer than planned and it is with a great sense of relief that our website is now up and running.
