The north sea operators' Claims Conference - NSOCC - is an annual forum for discussing matters of common interest to North Sea, Baltic and Irish Sea operators.

Since 1976, we have met annually with the aim of sharing knowledge and experience and we pride ourselves with the interaction between the delegates as a very important social element of the conference.

The 46th Session will take place in Amsterdam on 7-9 October 2024 co-hosted by DOCK Legal Experts, DUTCH P&I and Marine Masters at Leonardo Hotel Rembrandtpark.

The 45th Session took place in Glasgow from 9th to 11th October 2023 co-hosted by Horwich Farrelly Scotland with Partners Stefanie Johnston and Gregor Smith & by Brookes Bell Liverpool with Director Dr Kieran Dodworth and Marketing Manager Mr Adam Whittle.

About the NSOCC

Since 1976, we have met annually with the aim of sharing knowledge and experience and developing best practice across areas, such as claims management, standard trading conditions, bills of lading terms and the handling of hazardous goods.

Each year the conference is kindly hosted by a NSOCC member in their home country, with recent conferences taking place in Glasgow, Kiel, Ipswich, Helsinki, Oslo, Antwerp, Chatham, Copenhagen, Gothenburg, Newcastle, Rotterdam, Bergen, Hamburg and Palanga, and we always aim to keep the cost for attending this 'not for profit' conference affordable.
